Description
Look.
The mechanics of this Duelbook…
... is about having to distort many of your pages.
What the bloody hell is it distort?
Well, distorting means you're going to tear pages out of your own book to buy ⏳ and gain some sort of advantage with skills that benefit from doing this.
Right, brilliant.
But. But. Butrrrrrrr.
And what does all this translate to in a game?
It translates to you might be buggered for the first few shifts until you manage to distort several of your pages.
I mean.
I mean.
I mean.
What You will have to defend yourself well during the first few turns of the match and prioritise selecting pages with low ❤️ costs to survive until the amount of ⏳ you get is decisive and generates combos with your pages...
... or until the small advantages you've been gaining tip the balance in your favour.
For example.
Have a look at this page that you have in chapter XII:

If you distort it, destroy it and gain ⏳. Afterwards, you can pay ⏳ to give it +1 power that same clash. Not to be sneezed at, a page with 7 power for only ❤️❤️ that also has evade... [Wait, "vuela" translates to "flies", but in the context of Ruina/Project Moon, it's usually "evade" or "flies" depending on the exact mechanic, but "flies" is the literal translation for Flight/Fly]. Let's stick to literal: ...and on top of that it flies...
You'll do quite a bit of damage in that fight.
But. But. Butrrrrrrr.
Besides, having distorted it, this page will allow you to repeat this each turn.
Not bad, eh?
No way, bloody hell. Not bad.
Ok so.
Well, time to distort like a madman.
